To guarantee the utmost data privacy for your medical info, a mandatory ID verification is required to complete your member setup. In order to access the system, please contact your personal doctor directly with your current email address to ensure your profile is put on file.

Account Activation
To access the system, please select “This is my first time here” option and enter the same email address from the first step. The system will guide you through creating your secure credentials, allowing you to choose your own password. Should you not receive the activation email, kindly check your spam folder.
