In my practice, I specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of musculoskeletal disorders, primarily utilizing the New Zealand-developed Robin McKenzie method—Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT). I began working with this method in 2011 and continuously expand my expertise through ongoing MDT education. Looking ahead in my career, I plan to complete the MDT Diploma Program in the US and participate in international conferences hosted by the International McKenzie Institute.
I most enjoy working with patients who take an active approach to therapy and are willing to change their movement habits. Ultimately, my goal is to help my patients live a life free from musculoskeletal pain—just as I do.
